Colony Simulator 2: Woodland Rebels Announced with Free Demo and Deep Survival Gameplay

[RELEASE] Players are invited to test their survival skills in the upcoming sequel to the popular Colony Simulator. The new title, Woodland Rebels, is a 2D survival game that builds upon the foundation of its predecessor with a focus on open-world exploration, deep colony management, and a unique cast of characters.
In the new release, players must answer the ultimate question: Can your colony survive 10 days or more in the desert? The gameplay requires a careful balance of finding food, building a base, recruiting workers, crafting equipment, cooking meals, and researching new technologies to ensure the colony's survival.
The game offers a diverse range of features, including:
- Open World Gameplay: A randomly generated world filled with various biomes.
- Unique Species: Choose from eight different animal species-rabbit, wolf, moose, squirrel, bird, duck, bear, and turtle-each with unique strengths to help your colony thrive.
- Animal Towns & Relations: Visit animal towns where villagers have specific tasks. Completing these tasks improves relations, while attacking or stealing worsens them. When relations reach an 'ally' status, you can recruit villagers to join your rebellion.
- Deep Management Systems: Assign roles to villagers, manage their mood (good mood leads to better fighting, trade, and work), and use a rebellion horn to summon allies in battle.
- Exploration: Discover various biomes, navigate underground cave systems, and find secret locations like ancient abandoned temples.
- Free Demo: Players can download the free demo to try the game before purchasing.
Following the release of the initial Colony Simulator, which served as a proof of concept, Woodland Rebels is designed as a full-feature game promising a complete and immersive experience.
